Another of our deceptively simple herbal blends, Spearmint Lavender takes all the warming, minty notes of spearmint with the added luxury of fresh lavender blossoms, making it simultaneously calming and invigorating.

Steeping Instructions
Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of loose tea.
Steep for 5 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.
