Organic chamomile blossoms, apple pieces, silver linden blossoms, melissa leaves, lavender, rose petals, sweet blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, mallow blossoms.

Steeping Instructions
Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of loose tea.
Steep for 5 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.

Tasting Notes: Chamomile, honey, floral, mint, lavender, lilacs, lemon, mild body.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with honey, no milk.
