Indian spices combine with strong Assam tea from the Khongea Estate. Our house made masala mix is spicy with a kick of black pepper and the wonderful aroma of cinnamon and cardamom. We crafted this to be similar to a traditional Indian chai, so be warned that it’s a little stronger than you may be used to! Try pairing with lots of milk and sugar, or go all the way and make yourself a chai latte.
Organic black tea, organic cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic ginger root, organic black pepper, organic cloves.
All teas are produced in a facility that handles gluten, tree nuts, and dairy.
Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of loose tea.
Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.

Tasting Notes: Ginger, citrus, black pepper, cardamom, curry, spicy, quite strong.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with warmed milk and sugar.
