Blended in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee, we continue to serve this tea in her memory. We take a strong Yunnan black tea and blend it with bergamot oil and dried blood orange rind. It balances the bold with the sophisticated, just like the Queen whom we created it in honour of.

Ingredients
Organic black tea, organic pu’er tea, blood orange rind, essential oil of bergamot.

All teas are produced in a facility that handles gluten, tree nuts, and dairy.
Steeping Instructions
Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of loose tea.
Steep for 4 minutes using 212ºF (100ºC) water.
Notes & Recommendations
Tasting Notes: Deep citrus, lemon, bergamot, pink lemonade, macaron, bold.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with milk, no sweetener.
